Can I join without a guild?
Yes. Join the community and introduce yourself in the lounge. Tell other players your class, language and usual playtime to help find a party.
Which account do I use in the launcher?
New website registration creates your game and website accounts together. Use the same initial account ID and password in the launcher. Existing separate website accounts keep their website password. See the first-steps guide for details.
Where do I check opening updates?
Follow the official Discord for opening announcements and preparation updates. The client is available to prepare ahead of the published opening schedule.
What if I need help installing?
Start with the installation guide. For account-specific questions, use private support. Never share your password in Discord.
