What the Jewel Bank is

The Jewel Bank holds jewels on your game account, shared by all your characters. It takes Bless, Soul, Chaos, Life, Creation, Harmony and Guardian.

Use it from the in-game NewEra Hub (Hub button or Ctrl+R) or on the website at munewera.com/jewel-bank (sign in and link your game account first).

Deposit jewels

1. Pick the character that carries the jewels.
2. Tick the stacks you want to bank. Only plain +0 jewel stacks (1 to 50 per stack) in the inventory or bags are listed.
3. Place the order, then log out completely. Within about a minute the stacks are taken from the bag and added to your bank.

Don't move, split or use a stack after you order it, or the deposit fails (nothing is taken).

Withdraw jewels

1. Pick the character that should receive the jewels.
2. Choose the jewel and the amount, then place the order and go to character select (or log out).
3. Within about 30 seconds the jewels arrive in that character's Gremory Case (character storage), in stacks of up to 50. Enter that character, open the Gremory Case and claim them within 30 days.

When orders apply

Deposits: log out completely; they apply within about a minute. Nothing is deposited while any character is online.

Withdrawals: go to character select (or log out); they apply within about 30 seconds. Then enter the character you chose and claim the jewels from the Gremory Case (kept 30 days).

Limits

Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC.

Failed or cancelled orders

A failed deposit means the stack moved or changed after you ordered it. Nothing was taken: the jewels stay in your bag and the order shows the reason. Place a new order if you still want to bank them.

You can cancel any order that is still waiting. If something looks wrong, open a private support case with the order number. Never share a password or recovery code.
