Your game login and website login start together when you register here. Their passwords can change separately afterward.

One registration, two accounts

Website registration creates a game account and website profile together, with the same initial account ID and password, and connects them. You do not need to register that ID again in the launcher.

• Choose an account ID with 4–10 English letters or numbers.
• The initial password uses 6–20 English letters or numbers and is case-sensitive.
• Enter your own email address. It belongs to the game-account registration; website recovery uses the private recovery code instead.

Save the recovery code shown after registration. It is displayed once. Keep it privately outside the game folder, such as in your password manager.

If a request fails or times out, keep the same details when retrying. An unavailable game-account service does not silently create a website-only account. If the ID already exists, use sign-in instead of registering it again.

Already playing?

If you have a game account but have never created a website profile, sign in on the website with your current game account ID and password. Successful game verification activates a connected player profile and displays a website recovery code to save.

If a website profile already exists under that ID, use its website password. A matching game password cannot replace an existing website password or claim an existing website identity.

For a separate website profile, open Game account to connect your existing game account. Confirm your website password and current game credentials. Connecting gives you a private character view; it does not change the game password.

New website passwords set through Account security or recovery require 12–128 characters. That website-only rule differs from the initial game-compatible registration password.

This website does not offer game-password recovery. Use the launcher's account tools or visit Support to describe the access problem. A website recovery code does not reset your game password.

Recover website access safely

1. Open Recover access and enter your website username, saved recovery code and new website password.
2. Save the replacement recovery code shown after success. The previous code stops working.
3. Return to website sign-in and use the new website password. Other website sessions have been signed out.

The code is not sent by email. Without it, the self-service website recovery form cannot restore access. Support options are listed on the Support page; do not post a recovery code or password there or in Discord.

Characters, connection and support

The Game account page shows characters and progression from the connected game account when refreshed. No characters yet? Create your first character in the game client.

If a previous game connection needs verification, enter the current game credentials again. A game-password change can invalidate its earlier proof. Disconnecting removes the website connection without deleting a game account or its characters.

If the game service is temporarily unavailable, refresh later. Your website account and private support remain available. While signed in, open a private support case with the exact error, time and steps that caused it. Never include passwords, recovery codes or payment details.
